Claudine Mundell BSN, RN, has been a dedicated nurse since 2006 and is the founder and lead injector at Modern Skin Solutions CT. Passionate about enhancing natural beauty, she offers the latest and safest medical aesthetic treatments. Her experience spans Emergency Nursing, Critical Care ICU, IV Therapy/PICC Insertion, and Aesthetic Nursing. Since starting her medical aesthetic career in 2014, Claudine has been trained and certified in advanced neuromodulators, dermal fillers, chemical peels, facials, microneedling for face & hair restoration, bio-stimulators, and IV therapy.
Formerly the Co-Owner of Maxim Skin MedSpa, once located in Mystic, CT, Claudine has now created a new personalized medical skincare studio designed to provide clients with safe, private, and tailored approach to achieving their skin goals.
Modern Skin Solutions CT offers a unique and intimate setting where clients can receive expert guidance and treatments from a licensed registered nurse with years of experience. Claudine's passion for medical aesthetics and dedication to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements from top providers in the industry and attending multiple trainings, ensure that clients receive the most effective and personalized treatments available.

Dr. Russo graduated with Master of Science in Forensic Nursing/Clinical Nurse Specialist 2006. She also graduated from Quinnipiac University with the first ever Doctoral of Nursing Practice (DNP) in 2014 and received the Academic Excellence Award. Dr. Russo has a diverse background which extends into obtaining a license in Cosmetology, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Primary Care, Urologic Medicine, and is the founder of R&R Drip Bar located in Mansfield CT.

Since beginning her career in aesthetic medicine in 2014, she has combined advanced clinical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver natural-looking results that enhance confidence while preserving each patient’s unique beauty.
As the former co-owner of a successful medical spa in Mystic, Connecticut, Claudine has extensive experience in aesthetic medicine and advanced injectable treatments. Her background includes Emergency Nursing, Critical Care, IV Therapy, and PICC Line Insertion, providing a strong medical foundation for the treatments she offers today.
Claudine is extensively trained in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, microneedling, hair restoration, chemical peels, and medical-grade skincare. She founded Modern Skin Solutions CT with a vision of creating a boutique aesthetic practice where patients receive one-on-one attention, honest recommendations, and customized treatment plans tailored to their individual goals.
